We are getting ready to rent out our house and needed to have an AC condenser unit replaced. I called Maddox Mechanical after seeing reviews. I was very impressed. Brannon came out and gave a reasonable quote to get the work done and was able to do the work a few days later. Unfortunately, it started to rain during the installation and he was unable to finish that day. He came back and finished the work when the rain stopped a few days later. I could not be more impressed with his professionalism. Another unit in our house is on it's last leg and we will definitely be calling Maddox Mechanical to replace it when the time comes. I just replaced 2 AC units and chose Maddox Mechanical to do the work. Brannon gave us a free estimate on the work, giving us multiple estimates when we asked for them, and went the extra mile to make sure we got a deal on 2 Carrier units.

Brannon was easy to communicate with returning text messages and emails in a timely manner.

His crew was curious and they took their time explaining things to me. They cleaned up after all the work and Brannon made sure that I understood everything.
